WAKE UP MY BROTHERS BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!!!!!!!

This is a cry from the wilderness. Are we not our brothers keeper? Slavery has not ended in America. Our Nation's plantations are now at places like Jefferson City, Moberly Correctional Center, Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary etc. We've gone from picking cotton to making license plates.

I know you may ask what does this have to do with me. America has a plan for the Black man, and this conspiracy is real. It is estimated that for every four black inmates released, three will return. The crimes committed by these three returning inmates will be perpetrated in your community on your sons, daughters, family members, and businesses. The Prison population has grown from 18,000 to 24,000 in one year. While Blacks make up 12 to 14 per cent of America's population, black men make up over 50% of the prison population.

Those inmates who have committed felonies have lost their citizenship and all their political power. The prison systems are no longer interested in rehabilitation, but, are for the construction of more prisons. With programs like, "Three Strikes You Are Out, and the War Against Drugs", sanctioned by the President, will ensure the steady growth of the inmate population. These inmates will have no hope of ever being freed, therefore, rehabilitation for them is not necessary. Also, the Government has removed all college courses made available to the inmates which ensures that they will not be able to function in our society, and will encourage them to return to a life of crime.

The prison system has become big business, and it is being run at the expense of our community's greatest resource, our children. It costs our government an average of $25.33 per day to house and feed one inmate. In the state of Missouri, there are 16 correctional facilities and the numbers are growing. They employ approximately 6,100 paid staff members. It is estimated that the prison population in Missouri will grow to 40,000 inmates by the year 2000.

The theory, "a little Leaven, leaveneth the whole lump" or "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch" is being applied in our prison system today and it is working. The prison system is a breeding place for AIDS, Homosexuality, gangs, rapes, violent crimes and government experimentations. These are the malignant cancers that are being released back into the black community.

The Media has convinced us that there is no other way to stop the erosion of the black community accept by incarceration, by their continual broadcasting of drug related crimes, drive-by shootings, robberies, murders, and rapes in our community. But we must remember that drugs, automatic weapons, X-rated video stores, and prostitution are being targeted in our community by organized crime and government agencies.

You may ask yourself why is their a conspiracy against the Black man. The conspiracy is to ensure that white domination will continue into the 21st century. This plan includes the following:

  1. the lost black political power
  2. the spread of Aids in the black community
  3. gives white America total control
  4. slows down the reproduction of the black race
  5. increases the spread of homosexuality in the black community
  6. destroys the black family
  7. and ultimately destroys the black community
We must not be like Nero who played a fiddle while Rome burned to the ground. We must take action! The black man must first take control of his family. We must teach our children to say NO to drugs and crime. We must control the television shows and movies that our children watch. Blacks must make a mass exodus back to our churches to gain back the morality and spirituality that made or community great. We must attack this conspiracy as individuals, as groups, and as a race. Only we can save our community. In doing this, we can save our children. But, without Jesus Christ in our lives, we cannot win this battle. The danger is real, therefore, I am asking all that read this letter to pray for our deliverance, for our destruction is at hand.

"Are We Our Brother Keeper", YES!

Sorrowfully submitted,

Cornell I.Perry Sr. and David L. Brown
