Mathematics
The mathematics program has five basic levels. The first level serves
pre-school children, beginning at age four and children needing help with
number recognition, counting, addition and subtraction. The second level
works on multiplication and division. The third level focuses on fractions,
decimals, percents and what we may loosely call pre-algebra. The fourth
level caters to students who have mastered the skills in the third level
but who are not yet in high school algebra. The fifth level of tutoring
includes carry-over material from level four; mastery of present high school
mathematics courses and time permitting college level material is introduced.
